Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SBA Feed, operated by SBA Commerce Ltd, a UK company. Contact us at sbacommerceltd@gmail.com. By installing or using SBA Feed, you agree to these terms.
The service
SBA Feed syncs a Shopify store's product catalogue to Google Merchant Center. You connect a Shopify store and a Google Merchant Center account; the app submits your products to Google, keeps them updated as your store changes, and shows Google's approval status and item-level issues back to you. You must have the authority to connect every store and Merchant Center account you attach, and you must keep your own Shopify and Google credentials safe. We will never ask you for your passwords.

All features are included on every plan. The count is products, not variants. Every first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Billing is handled through Shopify: Shopify charges you, and price increases require your approval there. Promo code discounts apply to your next payment only, for one billing interval, unless stated otherwise when the code is given. If a store grows past its plan limit, we warn you and pause syncing only the products over the limit until you upgrade. We may change prices with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions continue at their current price until you approve a change.
Your responsibilities
- Your product data must be lawful and accurate, and you must own or have the right to advertise everything you sync.
- Shipping is your responsibility: set it in your Merchant Center shipping settings. SBA Feed sends no shipping information in the feed.
- Google decides whether products are approved, disapproved, or limited. A successful feed submission does not guarantee approval, ranking, or advertising performance, and we cannot change Google's decisions.
- You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, for data you do not have the right to sync, or to interfere with the service or other users.
Our responsibilities
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, keep your connection tokens encrypted, and show you Google's own diagnostics data honestly, including when products are disapproved. We do not invent product data: if a required value is missing in your store, we report it as an error instead of filling it in.
Suspension and cancellation
We may suspend or end service for misuse, unlawful use, or non-payment, with notice where reasonable. You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin; Shopify billing then stops under Shopify's own terms. On uninstall, your store record, connection tokens, and catalogue data are deleted from our servers.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost advertising performance, or for Google's approval, ranking, or policy decisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Material changes will also be flagged in the app. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
